What are the reception hours?
Reception and key delivery hours, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
If you arrive outside reception hours, you will have to notify the day of arrival in advance.
What time can I check-in?
From 4:00 pm you can check-in. If you arrive earlier, we can store your suitcases at the reception.
What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check out and leave the room is until 11:00am noon.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later under a surcharge depending on availability. From 3:00 p.m. (€25) and from 7:00 p.m. (€40).
Does the hotel have daily cleaning service?
Summer season (from April to November).
The cleaning of the rooms is carried out weekly from stays longer than 7 nights.
Winter season (from December to March).
The cleaning of the rooms will be done daily.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not host any type of pet in our hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking with a supplement of €18.00/day, depending on availability when you arrive at the hotel.
What are the hours of the water zone?
You can relax in our wellness area with jacuzzi and Turkish bath from 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
What are the entry conditions to the water zone?
You can relax in our relaxation area with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath with a supplement and by prior reservation at reception.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 1 years old and children from 2 to 11 years old will be considered. From 12 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
Can I store my bike or ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski by paying a deposit that will be returned at the end.
In summer we put if you come with your bike there is the possibility of storing it in the apartment.
Is breakfast available at the aparthotel's restaurant?
During the winter season (December to March) you can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast in our restaurant.
In summer (April to November) the restaurant and bar are closed.
How is the arrangement / distribution of the apartments?
All our apartments are made up of a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with a hairdryer, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a room with 2 single beds of 90 cm each.
What are the restaurant hours?
Winter:
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
